Been using the NeuroActive Ashwagandha for about 2 weeks now. Definitely feel it helps with my mood in general. I'm normally quite reserved and slow in the mornings and it takes me a couple hours to awaken fully. I feel the dose of Ashwagandha that i've been taking every morning when I wake up definitely speeds up the process.
