Great Combo but incorrect amounts

This is the sleep stack that Huberman advocates, although he says you should take 100-400mg of the theanine, along with 400mg of threonate and 50mg of Apigenin. So if you're selling it as a combo, there should be 2 bottles of the Theanine, otherwise it would run out way before the other 2. And that's if you're only taking 200mg.

Works as advertised

I was pleasantly surprised when I was searching for Huberman supplements and to my delight saw OPTIMIZED actually had the entire stack as a bundle. This has greatly improved my overall sleep and I dont wake up throughout the night anymore. Don't expect sleepy levels of a sleeping pill that is not the intend. It is just an overall calming effect and best of all not habit forming.

High quality sleep

Been taking this for a few nights and I can definitely feel a lot more at ease before I want to sleep. I also have not woken up during the night which has been fantastic. Will definitely buy again.
