Works as advertised

I was pleasantly surprised when I was searching for Huberman supplements and to my delight saw OPTIMIZED actually had the entire stack as a bundle. This has greatly improved my overall sleep and I dont wake up throughout the night anymore. Don't expect sleepy levels of a sleeping pill that is not the intend. It is just an overall calming effect and best of all not habit forming.

High quality sleep

Been taking this for a few nights and I can definitely feel a lot more at ease before I want to sleep.

I also have not woken up during the night which has been fantastic.

Will definitely buy again.

Great Combo but incorrect amounts

This is the sleep stack that Huberman advocates, although he says you should take 100-400mg of the theanine, along with 400mg of threonate and 50mg of Apigenin. So if you're selling it as a combo, there should be 2 bottles of the Theanine, otherwise it would run out way before the other 2. And that's if you're only taking 200mg.
