Universal Grounding mat

I am finding it very beneficial. I definitely feel more grounded and use it whenever I am on zoom meetings or meditating.

Works

I really like that the cable is so long. It really is a huge benefit. I did take the mat to someone who had a voltage meter in order to test that it was working, and it was. Other than that, I can't really say if it works or not. I do use it every day and hope that it is benefiting me.

Really disappointing

I bought 2 grounding mats a few weeks ago and we have been using them every day. I never felt any benefit so decided to check if this product works. I have done very good research on the product and have bought from other sources only to find them faulty and had to return them. I found Neuroactive site and they said they had qualtiy control on each product . The mats arrived with a seal of approval to say they had been checked. I took them yesterday to an electrician for tested them for me and they cables on both are faulty. I will be returning these really disappointed.

In the beginning there was an effect of better sleep and waking up well rested.
But it's not nice to sleep directly on the rubber side. In warm temperatures this only add to the temp
