Great relaxing herb

Lemon balm has a very mild effect. Combined with other supplements it has great potential. Would appreciate it if the rosmarinic acid content of the Lemon Balm was shown on the bottle or website. Great quality product.

Lemon Balm

I use lemon balm together with a lot of other supplements. Since I have added Lemon Balm and Chaga mushroom I can definitely feel a difference in my overall health. Since I do have PCOS, anyone with this condition will know you will try anything just to feel better. I just hope it will continue to be part of your stock in future since it is extremely difficult to find Lemon Balm in South Africa in capsule form.

I use it with different supplements. Since adding the lemon balm I can definitely feel a difference. I do have PCOS with a lot of inflammation etc and along with chaga mushrooms there is definitely a difference. Difficult to say exactly what but feel better overall. Lamon balm is a powerful supplement and extremely difficult too get in South Africa.
