R249
Uridine is a RNA base nucleotide with high levels found in tomatoes and brewer's yeast. It is used for increasing synthesis of cellular membranes in the brain by increasing levels of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylserine. It has effective cognitive enhancing properties and is highly synergistic with fish oil and choline to provide building blocks for the brain. The triacetyluridine variety has much better bioavailability than the regular version and consequently a lower dosage threshold.
*Capsule variant contains approximately 250mg Uridine Monophosphate per 1 capsule serving.
*Powder variants come with a free measuring scoop.
Obtaining the RDA for B group vitamins from food or supplements should be part of any normal daily regimen, but if you are going to take uridine, it is a suggested requirement to take a multi-B vitamin with it, regardless of your diet.
