Covid-19 Service Update

Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact to our operations. We want to let you know that we place utmost importance to protect and preserve the health and wellbeing of our most important assets - our customers and employees.

As we navigate through this rapidly evolving situation, we want to share with you some of the necessary measures we have taken at NeuroActive to minimize health and safety risks, while ensuring minimal disruption to our services.


Considering the rapid infection rate of COVID-19, we assure you that we are taking the situation seriously and are practicing the highest hygiene standards. Couriers will be carrying sanitisers and wipes to frequently sanitise their hands and scanners, as well as sanitise all touchpoints in the vehicles frequently.

Our Offices

Sanitisers have been made available at all access and entrance points, all individuals entering and or exiting our facilities are required to sanitise their hands and access to our premises has been limited. Thorough hand washing and cleaning of all office equipment and surfaces are done on a regular basis.


All NeuroActive staff and third-party couriers have been educated in respect of the Coronavirus, the symptoms, how it spreads and prevention. They have also received training on how to minimise the risk of infection to themselves and our customers. We also conduct temperature checks and health screenings for all employees.


*In line with governmental guidelines, NeuroActive is classified as an essential service provider and therefore permitted to remain open during the lockdown period.
